The Physician Foundation at California Pacific Medical Center (PFCPMC) is a not-for-profit medical foundation, which provides its member physicians with tools to ensure that patients receive the high-quality health care they expect and deserve. With more than 90 physicians representing a wide range of specialties, PFCPMC complements the services provided in the community.

Our members benefit from the Foundation’s infrastructure, receiving the administrative and operational support they need to focus on practicing medicine. This support assists in expanding practices locally and regionally and allows us to bring our sub-specialty expertise to you and your patients.

In the Community

We recognize our responsibility to the community and are dedicated to actively participating in projects that will improve health and the delivery of health care. We work with numerous community groups to extend a helping hand to those who need it most.

PFCPMC is proud of our collaboration with the San Francisco Clinic Consortium, San Francisco's Project Homeless Connect and health advocacy groups serving the Bayview Hunters Point community.

Our network of Health Care Centers brings significant resources to more than 40 communities throughout Northern California and Nevada.

Help for the Uninsured

In keeping with our mission to be the premier provider of health care in our community, PFCPMC is committed to well-being of our low-income uninsured neighbors. We provide financial assistance to patients who may be unable to cover their medical bills.
